Credit Card Ordering Information

Notice: We are offering this as a convenience to our customers who rather use
their credit card. However, PsL charges us $5.00 for every transaction. This
means that we would only make $3 off of Lock-Out which wouldn't allow us to
even break even on our expenses. Therefore, if you would like to use your
credit card, you'll have to pay $13 instead of the usual $8. We apologize for
this, but we have no other choice. You can always order by check or money
order for $8.

You can order with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover from Public
Software Library ("PsL") by any one of these methods:

1. Call them toll-free at 1-800-2424-PsL. You can also use the 713-524-6394
   telephone number.

2. Fax your credit card information to 713-524-6398.

3. E-Mail your credit card information via CompuServe e-mail to 71355,470.

4. Mail them your credit card information. Their address is: PsL, P.O. Box
  35705, Houston, TX 77235-5705

The above numbers are for credit card calls ONLY! We cannot be reached at
these numbers.

When you contact PsL be sure to mention the following items to the
representative:

-- You want to purchase Lock-Out which is product number 14801.

-- Give the representative your serial number. This can be found by hitting
   the F2 key in the Lock-Out setup program.

-- Whether you want your registration code via e-mail or via U.S. mail.

To insure that you get the registration code promptly, PsL will notify us the
day of your order and we will ship the product directly to you via e-mail or
U.S. mail. PsL's office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CST.
